You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the User-Generated Content you submit and that such content does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. kevasekavuxe.mobi is not responsible for any User-Generated Content and does not endorse any opinions expressed therein.
We reserve the right to remove any User-Generated Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable at our sole discretion.
7. Payment Terms
Access to certain features of our services may require payment of fees. By subscribing to our services, you agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined on the Site. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for keeping your payment information up to date.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at relations@kevasekavuxe.mobi. Upon termination, you will lose access to your account and any associated data.
